Clinical History:
1.5 T scanner (Siemens Espree) using a head coil. Image 1: sagittal T1-weighted image (TR/TE 650/17 ms, scan time 5 min 25 sec, slice thickness 3 mm) with fat saturation after injection of 0.1mmol/kg of gadolinium chelate; Image 2: coronal T1-weighted (TR/TE 694/90 ms, scan time 5 min 47 sec, slice thickness 2 mm) with fat saturation after injection of 0.1 mmol/kg of gadolinium chelate.

Diagnosis:
Rathke cleft cyst
